Leeds (Thorpe Park) / Hybrid - typically 2 days per week WFH


This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Accounts Payable professional looking for a new and exciting challenge, by joining a rapidly expanding global brand.

You will have worked in a similar role and have the ability to work within a fast-paced, high-volume environment. This position requires self-motivation, organization, and the need to be cross-functional with the business.


Here are some of the EXCITING things you'll get to do (RESPONSIBILITIES):

  • Validate and process invoices, ensuring the correct approval processes are followed.
  • Match invoices to purchase orders.
  • Raise invoice disputes with retailers and track resolutions.
  • Reconcile statements to the accounts.
  • Payment allocations.
  • Maintain a clean ledger with regular housekeeping.
  • Maintain confidentiality of organizational information.
  • Support other team members when required.

ATTRIBUTES & SKILLS (REQUIREMENTS):


  • Close attention to detail and a high level of accuracy.
  • Ability to resolve problems and queries promptly.
  • Methodical and diligent with the ability to manage tight deadlines.
  • Confident communicator both written and verbal.
  • Good organizational and time management skills.
  • Good working knowledge of Microsoft Excel.
  • A cando attitude, with a strong team working ethic.
