Ticketing Executive - West Sussex, United Kingdom - C&M Executive Recruitment
Description
Our client, a successful travel company based in West Sussex, is seeking a Ticketing Executive to join their team. You will ideally be Amadeus or Worldspan trained with excellent ticketing and fares knowledge. However, someone from a junior travel background may be considered with a view to training on ticketing.Ticketing Executive responsibilities:
- Monitor daily queues within Amadeus
- Action daily schedule changes
- Report flight cancellations, amendments and updates in the inhouse system
- Calculate costs for flight upgrades, date changes, processing reissues and refunds
- Assist the reservations team to book complex fares in Amadeus
- Calling airlines to resolve any issues
- Issuing of airline tickets daily
Ticketing Executive skills:
- Previous knowledge of fares and ticketing
- Have worked in a similar company or possibly for an airline
- Knowledge or Amadeus or Worldspan
- Ability to issue and reissue tickets
Additional information:
- Monday to Friday 9am5.30pm with up to 2 Saturdays per month with a day off in lieu
- Hybrid working (2 or 3 days in the office remote MAY be considered)
