My client is a Market Leading Professional Services Business.
Description
- Processing of all invoices
- Review of incoming cheques and direct receipts
- Processing fee clearance instructions.
- Preparation of daily payment instructions using banking software.
- Preparation of cheques as required.
- Dealing with queries from around the business.
- Operation of the computer system including the production and distribution of reports.
- Preparation and review of reconciliations.
Profile
- Previous experience in a similar role is essential.
- Strong administration and organisation skills
- Good communication skills, both written and oral and high attention to detail are essential.
- To be able to work as a team with the ability to work on their own initiative and with tight deadlines.
