Client Details
My client is a Market Leading Professional Services Business.


Description

  • Processing of all invoices
  • Review of incoming cheques and direct receipts
  • Processing fee clearance instructions.
  • Preparation of daily payment instructions using banking software.
  • Preparation of cheques as required.
  • Dealing with queries from around the business.
  • Operation of the computer system including the production and distribution of reports.
  • Preparation and review of reconciliations.

Profile

  • Previous experience in a similar role is essential.
  • Strong administration and organisation skills
  • Good communication skills, both written and oral and high attention to detail are essential.
  • To be able to work as a team with the ability to work on their own initiative and with tight deadlines.
