We are currently working with a huge client based in Manchester who have an exciting opportunity for a Customer Service Administrator to join their team.

Working hours are Monday - Friday

Key Duties:

Reporting to Group Manager

  • Dealing with all incoming / outgoing calls handling all queries
  • Compliant Management
  • Updating Accounts / Databases and Employee Records
  • Research / Implementation of changes to Systems / Procedures
  • Ad hoc duties

Profile:


  • Experience in a similar Customer Service / Admin position
  • Organisational / Communication Skills
  • Motivated / Can do Attitude
  • Strong IT skills including Excel
