Alexander Lloyd are delighted to be working exclusively with a rapidly-growing organisation in the leisure sector on the recruitment of an HR Projects and ER Business Partner.

This a permanent opportunity and will partner directly with the Chief People Officer.

You will require a full HR Generalist background and have extensive knowledge of ER case management, Employment Law. You will be equally be an expert in HR Projects.

As the organisation continues to grow, this role will be essential to its continued success.

You will be the expert on all things HR and you will have the opportunity to lead a number of key projects which are aimed at building a comprehensive and modernHR function.

To be successful in this role you must be able to lead end to end people projects including initiation, scoping, planning, execution, and closure that make a lasting positive impact to both the business, People team function and the employee experience.

You will have/need:

A full HR Generalist background
Experience in an HR Business Partner role
Extensive knowledge of Employee Relations and UK Employment Law
Experience of leading on HR projects from start to finish
Ability to work in fast paced everchanging environment
Excellent stakeholder management
CIPD Qualified (Level 5 or above)

This organisation does offer hybrid working of 3 days office based in East Sussex and 2 from home.

The salary on offer is up to £65,000 Plus bonus and benefits
