Description

We are looking for a housekeeper to join our team currently located on Ella Rowcroft Ward working on a substantive basis 15.0 hours per week: Monday/WednesdayFriday.


You will be working as part of a team, responsible for delivering a range of activities to support clinical staff in delivering care and for ensuring a clean, safe and comfortable patient environment.

The role is exciting as it is varied, from stock control to specific skills as per the job description and all training will be provided, you will:

  • take part as requested in ward/unit meetings, encouraging effective communications between other staff;
- liaise and communicate effectively with all parts of the multidisciplinary team to co-ordinate person-centred care;

  • Supporting the wider team during peak activity or during absences; and
  • Work collaboratively with registered / senior staff, other health professionals and hotel service staff to ensure clients' holistic needs are met.

We have a high turnover of patients so looking for someone motivated and has a flexible approach to meet changing priorities of the workload.
