The role:
To provide administrative support to the Practice Support Manager to ensure that the Partner's relationships between their clients can be optimised and assist with the daily operation of the office.
As the Mortgage Administrator your key responsibilities would be:
- Obtain quotations from product providers and provide illustrations and product information to the Partner as required
- Prepare files including compliance required documentation; research; illustrations; supporting documentation, prior to sale
- Maintain accurate client information, files/records, ensuring that clients are placed into a review system as agreed with the Partner
- Provide administration support to the Partner/Practice Support Manager as required, e.g. marketing correspondence;
- Support the daytoday business operations within the Practice.
- Previous experience in an office support role, ideally in financial services or related sector.
- CEMAP qualified or equivalent.
- Experience of client management systems; Skills and behaviours.
- Excellent facetoface and telephone client interaction skills and ability to build rapport swiftly.
- Broad experience of Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Excel).
- Attention to detail.
- Always demonstrates a positive attitude.
