My client are seeking a Private Client Solicitor to join the private client team offering expert legal advice throughout Kent.

They are seeking an experienced Solicitor (or equivalent qualification) to join the firm's well-established, renowned and growing private client team to provide clients with a top quality personal service.

The firm are looking for a strong communicator who is motivated by all facets of private client work.

Following a merger in October 2020 with another local firm, the firm, specifically the private client department, benefits from a varied selection of good quality private client work.

The Role

The role is based in the beautiful offices in Chatham Maritime, Kent which accommodates free parking. Hybrid work can also be accommodated.

Preparing and advising on Wills, and Lasting Powers of Attorney;
Creation of Trusts and management;
Advising on and carrying out Estate Administration;
General inheritance tax and capital gains tax and income tax advice in the context of the above areas;
Building relationships with their clients, keeping them up to date with progress and providing them with an efficient service in line with the dgb ethos

The new appointment will benefit from shared secretarial support.

Experience of dealing with medium - high net worth individuals.

STEP accreditation/working towards an advantage.
