Estate Agent - Residential Sales

South West London

Starting salary up to £22,000 per annum, depending on experience

PLUS uncapped commission scheme, OTE in first year approx £40,000

PLUS Company Car - Unbranded BMW Mini
**5 days per week; Monday to Thursday, 8:45am to 6.30pm, Friday, 8:45am to 6:00pm, Saturday (on rota basis

  • 2 per month on average) 9:00am to 4:00pm.**
    Requirements:
    The main role of an Estate Agent is to build a pipeline of residential property sales, acting in the interests of the buyer and / or seller, and providing guidance and advice to help the process complete efficiently and smoothly.

Duties will include;

  • Negotiating the sales of residential properties in sufficient quantity to meet agreed performance targets
  • Generating & completing a targeted number of viewings and market appraisals per week
  • Converting viewings to offers
  • Negotiating offers to complete the deals
  • Progressing sales through to completion, working with our internal Sales Progression team
  • Maintaining exceptional levels of customer service throughout the process
  • Proven working experience in a property sales role, with a solid record of achieving & exceeding targets for a minimum of 2 years would be preferable
  • A strong understanding of the residential sales legislation, market trends and enjoys keeping up to date with industry news
  • Ability to work independently combined with excellent interpersonal skills
  • Strong sales, negotiation and articulate communication skills
  • Tenacious and resilient with a drive to succeed
  • Pleasant and trustworthy manner
  • MS Office familiarity, and IT literate
