Estate Agent - Residential Sales

South West London

Starting salary up to £22,000 per annum, depending on experience

PLUS uncapped commission scheme, OTE in first year approx £40,000

PLUS Company Car - Unbranded BMW Mini
**5 days per week; Monday to Thursday, 8:45am to 6.30pm, Friday, 8:45am to 6:00pm, Saturday (on rota basis

2 per month on average) 9:00am to 4:00pm.**
Requirements:
The main role of an Estate Agent is to build a pipeline of residential property sales, acting in the interests of the buyer and / or seller, and providing guidance and advice to help the process complete efficiently and smoothly.

Duties will include;

Negotiating the sales of residential properties in sufficient quantity to meet agreed performance targets
Generating & completing a targeted number of viewings and market appraisals per week
Converting viewings to offers
Negotiating offers to complete the deals
Progressing sales through to completion, working with our internal Sales Progression team
Maintaining exceptional levels of customer service throughout the process
Proven working experience in a property sales role, with a solid record of achieving & exceeding targets for a minimum of 2 years would be preferable
A strong understanding of the residential sales legislation, market trends and enjoys keeping up to date with industry news
Ability to work independently combined with excellent interpersonal skills
Strong sales, negotiation and articulate communication skills
Tenacious and resilient with a drive to succeed
Pleasant and trustworthy manner
MS Office familiarity, and IT literate
