Spares and Logistics Coordinator

Varied role that sees you manage the orders of spare parts and organise associated logistics.
Hybrid working opportunities 2 days from office, 3 days from home.

We are looking to recruit an experienced Parts / Spares Coordinator with wider logistics experience.

As Spares and Logistics Coordinator, you will be responsible for responding to enquiries related to spares, providing quotations, managing orders or parts and then arranging the logistics involved to move the goods.

We need someone with proven spares / parts experience and has excellent communication skills.

Salary Guideline:
£30,000 to £34,000 per annum. 7% employer contribution pension, 10% bonus based on individual and company targets. Hybrid working - 2 days at home, 3 days in the office.

The Parts Controller job will involve:

Coordinating the supply of spares to internal / external customers. Additionally, responsible for assisting with the development of new markets for spares sales.
Responsible for coordinating export logistics associated with equipment deliveries in the UK and Overseas.
Operating and controlling stores area including daytoday management of all incoming and outgoing goods.

This Spares Controller job will suit:

Proven experience within a spares / parts role.
Comfortable using SAP system to control orders.
Experience managing customer quotations and communicating accordingly.
Good admin / organisational skills and comfortable working with figures.
