Kingswood Group are pleased to be supporting a large global business, in Southampton with the recruitment of a HR Generalist on a 3 month fixed term contract basis.

This role is required to provide Generalist and Business Partnering duties during a particularly busy time.

Essential experience:

Able to work with a commercial approach, to best influence and guide stakeholders
Good working knowledge of UK employment law
Happy to support with a variety of HR matters

The role is based in Southampton, offering hybrid working however on-site presence will be required 3-4 days a week.

Availability at short notice will be essential.
