What will your role entail?
Supporting and guiding the finance team

Production of management accounts

Variance analysis

Efficient contract management

Collating and distributing necessary information with finance teams

Ensuring accurate processing of money and financial documents

Reviewing and marking off payroll, using Microsoft Dynamics AX

Providing banking administration support

Assisting in budgeting, forecasting and year end accounts

Maintaining cash allocations, ledgers and reconciliation data

Supporting internal and external audits

Training team, staff, and volunteers

Attending training for development


Who are we looking for?
AAT qualified or 3-4 years finance experience

Good verbal and written communication

Produce management accounts

Ability to work well within a team

Strong Microsoft skills

Experience of payroll


Desirable:
Knowledge of accounting, and knowledge of AX and AX Dynamics would be advantageous.
