SOL Connect is an Award Winning Technology Enable Care Specialist based in Central Scotland who offer advanced remote support to individuals.


Our technology allows us to provide person centred support in a creative way using bespoke care package using the very latest technology as well as providing a one to one response at night when required.

We work in partnership with individuals and social care providers to support individuals when their support workers are not present through our team of experienced practitioners who are available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days a year.

This is an exciting role which is will be based in the Glasgow/ East Renfrewshire Area. Shift pattern is 12 hours per evening/ 42 hours per week. Shifts are worked on a 2 weekly rotational basis with option of overtime available for Absence cover.

You will respond to individuals who need assistance during the night for:

  • Alarm Activations
  • Personal Care Requests
  • Emergency Support out with normal support hours
  • Technical Support
  • Support following falls
  • To safeguard an individual's welfare and wellbeing.

Experience in social care is preferred along with basic IT and admin skills although full support care and technology training will be given as will a shadowing period to ensure that you are confident in your role.
