We are currently seeking a Junior eCommerce Consultant with an appetite for ecommerce and growing their skills for a client who are a specialist agency in Belfast.


Key Duties:


  • Implementing ecommerce tactical trading activities on behalf of the agencies clients.
  • Participate in meetings with clients and other service providers to discuss ecommerce trading activities.
  • Understand client requirements and propose workable solutions and action plans.
  • Coordinate digital projects. Delivering on time and to spec.
  • Actioning:
  • Promotions
  • Product Data Changes
  • Content Changes
  • SEO
  • Social Media Changes
- eCommerce performance analysis

  • Keeping up to date with industry trends.
  • Working with Designers to get design creatives and assets to meet ecommerce trading needs.
  • Working with Digital Marketing specialists to understand clients Digital Marketing performance.
  • Conducting competitor analysis.
  • Participate in the creation and improvement of internal processes and strategy.

Essential Criteria:


  • Relevant University Degree, 2:1 or equivalent industry experience.
  • Strong organisational skills and good attention to detail.
  • Excellent spoken and written English with an ability to present information well.
  • Demonstrable proof of enthusiasm, initiative, creativity and problem solving.
  • Team player, a good listener and communicator.
  • Appreciation of good content design for mobile and desktop.
  • Comfortable with data, spreadsheets and writing documents.
  • Experience with using Shopify

Desirable Criteria:


  • Awareness of new eCommerce and digital marketing technology trends.
  • Shopify Customisation: Knowledge of coding languages like HTML, CSS and Liquid.
  • Awareness of Google Analytics and Digital Marketing Platforms such as Google Adwords and Facebook Business Manager.
