Purpose of the role:


  • To provide general administrative duties in support of the bank product team.

Role, responsibilities, and day to day activities:

  • Record and documentation management ensuring that the Product Hub is up to date.
  • Weekly deposit market competitor tracking
  • Maintaining the product workstack tracker (on Microsoft teams) ensuring information is recorded against each item.
  • Tracking actions arising from the Product Governance Meeting, following up with the relevant action owner and ensuring that the action status is up to date.
  • Manage the Team Meetings, including taking minutes.

Special Project: Review of the Product Team O:drive, Product Hub and Team site to archive out of date documents and to work with the team to establish document management protocol.
