Our programme management discipline provides specialised professional services to clients across the UK and we are looking to recruit an experienced Project Planner to support several new and on-going projects across a range of Stantec projects.


As the Project Planner, you will be responsible for all planning and schedule management activities using our clients' corporate planning tools.

This will involve working on projects from concept & initial studies, through to project initiation, realisation & closure.


You will work closely with key stakeholders across the programme workstream & wider organisation, attending regular reviews to ensure the accuracy of information & alignment to the business' strategic direction.

You may also provide training & support to maintain & improve agreed standards of practice, data quality and reporting. You will assist Project Managers with planning related matters and attending meetings with project teams and clients. You will be responsible for collation of progress information & production of progress reporting as required

About you
You will be a member of a relevant governing body (e.g. APM / MSP / Prince2) with experience of working in applied programme delivery planning.

You will also have a track record of hands-on delivery planning, using planning tools such as Oracle Primavera P6 and/or Microsoft Project.


Experience of managing teams to technical objectives & deadlines is also important for this position, along with strong data management skills.
