Some responsibilities of this role include;

  • Providing dynamic and innovative leadership across fostering and residential services.
  • Ensure strategic leadership across the fostering service ensuring robust assessment and support services.
  • Ensuring maximisation of inhouse capacity alongside legislative compliance across all placement types.

Requirements:


  • A degree in Social Work & Social Work England registration
  • A drivers license
  • An up to date DBS check
