OTE:
£35k

A driving license and access to your own vehicle is essential for the role.

Senior Sales Negotiator


Duties:


  • Conduct property viewings and provide detailed information to potential buyers or tenants
  • Negotiate sales and rental agreements with clients
  • Build and maintain relationships with clients, landlords, and tenants
  • Assist in marketing and promoting properties through various channels
  • Coordinate property inspections and prepare necessary documentation
  • Provide excellent customer service and address any inquiries or concerns

Qualifications:

  • Recent experience as a Sales Negotiator
  • Strong administrative and organizational skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work well in a team environment
