Job Role:
Bartender/ Senior bartender


Location:
London, W1B 5PJ

You will be based in Shoryu Carnaby st
- in the iconic _Kingly Court_, a three-storey alfresco dining destination in the heart of London's West End.

We have a fast paced lunch and dinner service with a lot of busy shoppers, families, tourists as well as regular customers - So we are looking for someone brimming with energy and lots of personality


Contract:
Permanent

- minimum 24 hours a week


Salary:
£11-£12 DOE PLUS Service charge and tips


Working Hours:2-3 days a week: including weekdays and weekends


Main Responsibilities:


  • Create and serve Japanese Cocktails, beverages etc
  • Deliver professional customer service at all times
  • Serve and present beverages to a high standard
  • Comply with Food safety and Health and safety standards at all times
  • Assist the Front of house team with serving customers when required
  • Keep up to date with current promotions and new products

PERSON SPECIFICATION:


  • Minimum 1 year experience as bartender
  • Friendly, sociable and welcoming to our customers, to create a great atmosphere
  • Good team player
  • Interest in Japanese food and drinks would be advantageous.
**A two hour trial shift is required before any employment is considered.
