Are you an experienced HR professional looking for a dynamic role in a growing HR consultancy?
We are a dynamic HR consultancy with over 200 clients, working with a growing franchisee network and rapidly expanding in the UK and Australia.
We are currently seeking a motivated and knowledgeable HR Advisor to join our team and provide expert HR advice to our SME clients.
This is an exciting role for an advisor that is looking to expand their CV and seeks more variety in their role.
With over 200 clients, you will be working closely with employers from different sectors and different cultures.Key Responsibilities:

Client Consultation: Collaborate with SME clients to understand their HR needs, providing tailored advice and solutions to support their business goals.

Employment Law: Provide reliable and commercially focused HR and Employment Law advice through offering a range of solutions for both clients and their employees

Employee Relations: Handle a variety of HR issues, including disciplinary matters, grievances, performance management, and employee relations.

Policy Development: Assist clients in developing and implementing HR policies and procedures that comply with current legislation and best practices.

Training and Development: Support clients in identifying training needs and implementing development programmes for their teams.

HR Compliance: Stay updated on employment laws and regulations, ensuring that clients are informed and in compliance with all relevant legislation. To review client documentation and provide advice according to their particular terms and conditions.

Documentation and Record Keeping: Maintain accurate and confidential client records, ensuring compliance with data protection regulations.

Business Development: Provide clients with a range of workforce solutions which suit their specific needs. Attend networking events to promote the work undertaken by the team at Privilege HR.
Qualifications and Experience:
- Good employment law knowledge either through studies or working experience.
- Proven experience as an HR Advisor, preferably within a consultancy setting.
- Strong knowledge of employment law and HR best practices.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to juggle multiple tasks, prioritising your work load accordingly
- An organised selfstarter with attention to detail
- Ability to work under pressure to meet the requirements of the client
- Excellent communication skills with tact and diplomacy where required.
How to Apply:
Pay:
£28,000.00-£35,000.00 per year

- Human resources: 2 years (preferred)
