Contract Administrator in South Cambridge

Salary
- £24,000 to £26,000 per annum


Hours

  • Monday to Friday 08:00 to 17:00pm

Company

  • A recognised global commercial service offering first line support to clients.
  • You will be working alongside Account Managers and Engineers to schedule maintenances.
  • Open plan office

About you

  • Experience in relevant industry is desirable such as a Maintenance Scheduler or relevant role in Maintenance/ Facilities.
  • Must be confident to use Excel.
  • Managing the CRM system and handling incoming enquiries as first line support.
  • Raising Purchase Orders and Invoices.
  • Confident in communication and liaising with engineers to schedule maintenances.
