The Education Specialists (TES) are working alongside Secondary Schools across Liverpool and are looking to recruit Cover Supervisors.

The Cover Supervisor role is not a teaching position it is role that would ideally suit an individual wishing to gain more experience prior to entering a career in teaching, or someone who has previous experience working with young people and would like to develop their career in this field.

The Education Specialists have opportunities for Cover Supervisors to work flexibly to suit the applicants' individual needs on a long term, short term or part time basis.

What does the role consist of?

What do I need to do this role?

Versatility and be able to 'think on your feet'.
Confidence and the ability to engage with pupils aged 111
Degree educated (in any discipline) desirable but not essential.
A degree of behaviour management skills.
Be able to cope well in a stressful situation
Keen interest in Education
Able to commit on a longterm basis, with a group of schools.
