Premier Work Support have fantastic opportunity to recruit an permanent
Customer Service Agent Cargo Services for one of our prestigious clients based in Heathrow.


Duties will include:


  • Basic customs clearing process.
  • Cash Invoicing.
  • Acceptance of high value goods
  • Comply with all relevant legislation as well as airport authority and carrier security requirements.
  • Additional warehouse duties as required.

Knowledge, Skills and Experience:


  • In possession of at least three A-Levels or equivalent.
  • Self motivated and able to work independently.
  • Able to work a variety of shifts (days, evening, nights, weekends and public holidays)
  • Willingness to work in inclement weather if required.
  • Excellent communication skills (written and verbal).
  • Able to demonstrate excellent customer service.
  • Ability to follow processes and procedures.
  • IT literate and able to learn airline specific computer systems.
  • Previous experience of working in an aviation environment is desired.


You will have good communication skills, follow all processes & procedures carefully and work as part of the team in this fast paced environment.

Complying with all relevant legislation as well as airport authority security requirements is essential.

Depending on experience, the salary ranges from £24,774 to £29,300 per annum. Working on a 4-on 4 off shift pattern 06:30 - 18:30 and 18:30 - 06:30 on a permanent basis.
