Job Title:
Behavioral Therapist


Duties:


  • Conduct assessments to identify behavioural needs and develop individualized treatment plans
  • Implement evidencebased interventions and behaviour management techniques
  • Provide oneonone therapy sessions to clients, focusing on skill development and behaviour modification
  • Collaborate with families, caregivers, and other professionals to ensure consistency in treatment approach
  • Monitor progress and make adjustments to treatment plans as needed
  • Maintain accurate and uptodate documentation of client sessions and progress
  • To deliver and carry out assessments, whilst supporting individuals within a crisis

Requirements:


  • To have a BABCP registration accreditation
  • To have completed a Postgraduate diploma in CBT
  • To have experience working with children in a mental health setting
  • Experience working with individuals with behavioral disorders or developmental disabilities
  • Knowledge of behavior analysis principles and techniques
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Patience, empathy, and a genuine desire to help others
