Co-Ordinating Legal Secretary (Dispute Resolution)
Central London£42,000 - £46,000**A fantastic, Top 100 established Central London firm, are keen to add an experienced Co-ordinating Legal Secretary to their Dispute Resolution team.
As a co-ordinating legal secretary in the dispute resolution department, your role will be responsible for ensuring that the fee earners and clients receive a professional, efficient and high-quality secretarial service.
Skills Required:

Extensive relevant experience as a Legal Secretary is a MUST:
- Co-ordinating and supervisory responsibilities
- Secretarial responsibilities
- Strong academics
- Previous relevant experience within a dispute resolution department of a law firm
- Previous experience working in a supervisory or line management position
- Meticulous attention to detail and will be able to demonstrate exceptional case management
- A demonstrable track record of excellent direct client contact and client care
- Excellent IT skills, including advanced working knowledge of Microsoft Word and Office packages
- Working knowledge of document management system and efiling and a minimum typing speed of 65wpm
