Permanent Hybrid
Full Time 35 hours per week
Salary £26,091-£28,838
Location Liverpool

The difference you'll make

To provide advice to our customers or alternatively cross tenure customers (where a programme includes this types of tenure). Explaining the detail of the proposed scope, implementation and usage of retrofit measures with customers.
**Engagement with customers from conducting initial contact, to arranging access for surveys and contractor, keeping customers up to date with the programme, problem solving, liaising with the contractors CLO and maintaining engagement with the customer post installation.
With excellent people skills, intuitive and be able to quickly establish empathy with customers.


So, who are you?
You will have good experience in providing client advise. Along with knowledge and experience in construction, preferably ECO / green build.

You c an demonstrate experience in creating good written information such as leaflets, letter, blogs, and online copy.


Although not essential it is desirable to have a qualification related to the provision of domestic energy advice / energy awareness.
