Part - Time Legal AdministratorReed Birmingham are working with a reputable Law firm as they look to recruit a Legal Administrator.
This role is a permanent, part-time position with a hybrid-working approach, working a 28 hour week.
Your responsibilities:
- Preparation of drafts, reviewing and adjusting lengthy documents
- Preparing document comparisons
- Proof reading
- Reformatting documents
- Managing and prioritising own workload
- Liaising with internal stakeholders to manage their expectations on work
- Work with a close attention to detail at all times
- Have exceptional organisational and planning skills
- Possess a high level of communication skills
- Be able to use their own initiative on a daily basis
- Provide excellent client service at all times
- Produce work in line with the firms style and processes
- Have a good understanding of computer systems such as Microsoft
