Part - Time Legal Administrator

Reed Birmingham are working with a reputable Law firm as they look to recruit a Legal Administrator.

This role is a permanent, part-time position with a hybrid-working approach, working a 28 hour week.


Your responsibilities:

  • Preparation of drafts, reviewing and adjusting lengthy documents
  • Preparing document comparisons
  • Proof reading
  • Reformatting documents
  • Managing and prioritising own workload
  • Liaising with internal stakeholders to manage their expectations on work
  • Work with a close attention to detail at all times
  • Have exceptional organisational and planning skills
  • Possess a high level of communication skills
  • Be able to use their own initiative on a daily basis
  • Provide excellent client service at all times
  • Produce work in line with the firms style and processes
  • Have a good understanding of computer systems such as Microsoft
