Position Overview:
We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Support Engineer with expertise in Microsoft technologies to join our client.

As a Support Engineer, you will play a crucial role in providing technical assistance, troubleshooting complex issues, and ensuring the smooth operation of our customers' Microsoft technology environments.

You will collaborate closely with customers, internal teams, and third-party vendors to deliver timely and effective solutions, while consistently delivering exceptional customer service.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Technical Support: Provide expertlevel technical support and guidance to customers experiencing issues with Microsoft technologies, troubleshoot and resolve complex technical problems through meticulous analysis and effective communication.
  • Incident Management: Serve as the primary point of contact for customerreported incidents, adhering to established service level agreements (SLAs)
  • Troubleshooting and Documentation: Conduct indepth technical investigations and root cause analysis to identify underlying issues.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
  • Proven experience as a Support Engineer or in a similar technical support role, with a focus on Microsoft technologies.
  • Strong understanding of Microsoft products, including Windows operating systems, Office 365, Azure, SharePoint, Active Directory, and Exchange,MDM
  • Knowledge of Networking (Firewalls, Routers and Switches)
  • Excellent Customer Service skills
  • Strong interpersonal skills
  • Ability to manage each Customer as an individual
