Brand Management Associate - London, United Kingdom - Reef
Description
OVERVIEW:
- Serve as a primary point of contact for brand partners, providing timely and personalized support to address inquiries, concerns, and feedback related to the brand and its offerings.
- Build and nurture strong relationships with customers, striving to exceed their expectations and deliver a seamless brand experience at every touchpoint.
- Collaborate with the marketing and product teams to ensure consistent messaging and brand alignment across all customerfacing channels.
- Analyze customer feedback and data to identify trends, pain points, and opportunities for improvement, and proactively share insights with relevant teams.
- Assist in the development and implementation of customer engagement strategies, such as loyalty programs, referral initiatives, and personalized communications.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to understand customer preferences and market trends, contributing to brand positioning and strategy.
- Prepare regular reports on customer satisfaction metrics, retention rates, and brand performance, presenting findings to relevant stakeholders.
- Provide documentation support for relevant procedures, and initiatives for the business to include:
- Collating relevant brand reports and review templates
- Coordinating weekly touch points with brand partners
- Assist with Menu management and relevant brand updates as needed
- Responsible for the administration of the Brands Team business unit
KEY SKILLS:
- Strong organizational and project management capabilities; strong ability in business support role
- Ability to crossdepartmentally coordinate; strong skills in working with people
- Ability to evaluate and consider business risk
- Experience in account management is a plus, but creative thinking and an entrepreneurial/selfstarter attitude is a must
- Effectiveness in time management; strong efficiency in communication information to crossdepartmental team members at different levels
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fastpaced, dynamic environment.
- Positive attitude, adaptable, and a team player, willing to collaborate and contribute to the overall success of the team.
- Ability to handle sensitive business information
