Customer Service / Order Processing Assistant


Location:
Carlisle

**Hours: 37.5 hours a week

ProQuip has evolved into one of the world's leading experts in all-weather golf clothing.

We engineer golf clothing from scratch that outperforms the elements, from compression base layers, showerproof golf sweaters and polo shirts to our celebrated ultra-lightweight rain suits.


As well as being part of an exciting and dynamic team you will also have the opportunity to gain an industry recognised qualification within your first 18 months if you wish to do so.


KEY RESPONSIBILITIES & TASKS

  • Collate and manage daily order processing
  • Deal with all aspects of customer service
  • Weekly management reporting stock and sales reports
  • System updates price list and product updates
  • Maintain product barcode database

KEY SKILLS & EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS

  • Excellent interpersonal skills and an ability to work as part of a team.
  • Customer service experience
  • Microsoft Excel knowledge to an advanced level pivot tables / lookups etc
  • The ability to work under pressure to tight deadlines
  • The ability to react to change
  • Strong organisational skills
  • An aptitude for working on different software packages
An interest / participation in Golf would be an advantage although not a requisite.


You will be positive in approach, able to work in a dynamic business environment, but above all be committed to the delivery of outstanding customer service.

You will be a strong communicator at all levels and be able to react to priority changes.
