Contracts available:
Permanent (37.5 hours per week (peak) & 31.25 hours per week (off-peak))
& Casual (Flexible hours)

This is an exciting opportunity to join the Museum's front line, where you'll be helping customers transcend into the past by creating a seamless customer service experience.
What will you be doing?
- Providing informed, inclusive, and positive customer service.
- Respectfully, supporting visitors with queries on our range of stock and general gift shop enquires.
- Operating tills, taking cash/card payments, and handling payment queries in line with Museum standards.
- Monitoring and replenishing stock as required.
- Preparing the museum for our exciting events.
- Maintaining the highest standard of hygiene and health & safety.
What are we looking for?
- Respectful and confident people skills.
- Enthusiasm and or experience in offering highlevel customer service.
- Flexible approach to work and hours of work.
- Confident IT Skills and or experience working with EPOS systems.

We are currently embarking upon our largest development ever, with a multi-million-pound investment bringing our story into the 1940s, 1950s, and 1960s.
