Nottingham

£30,000 - £40,000 + BonusWe have an exciting opportunity to work for a fast-paced Recruitment Company as their permanent Internal Recruiter. You will have the opportunity to develop your career in recruitment and be a part of an amazing team.

You will be responsible for managing the recruitment of new employees, ensuring the roles are filled, posting adverts on job boards and screening CVs and being comfortable working within a fast-moving environment, meeting deadlines, and being able to act quicklyand decisively.

Communication is key; you must be able to influence and persuade at all levels, with an energetic, resourceful, and proactive nature.

Previous experience with, or knowledge of, recruiting within any sector is advantageous.

Main duties and responsibilities will include:

  • Proactively generating a talent pool of skilled individuals relevant to the needs of the business.
  • To forge and maintain close working relationships with Hiring Managers, understanding individual recruitment requirements.
  • Writing job adverts for social media and website
  • Utilising LinkedIn to engage with talent
  • Able to manage time effectively, including prioritisation and reprioritisation
