Our client is looking for an experienced Resourcing Advisor.

Hands-on experience in end-to-end resourcing process

Manage full recruitment lifecycle, including offer admin

  • Highly organised and disciplined in managing workload
  • Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems and lean processes
  • Ability to consult, plan, and think ahead
  • Experience with selection and assessment techniques
  • Ability to influence and communicate best practices
Provide specialist advice and guidance to managers on selection and testing methods
