The Job you'll be Doing;

  • Process customer enquiries, quotations and orders in a timely and efficient manner utilising the ERP system
  • Input information into the workload trackers
  • Escalate customer complaints to the Quotations Lead when required
  • Represent the customer interests within the business to assist in finding resolution to requests in a timely manner
  • Accountable for contributing to improvement of department KPIs
  • Comply with all departmental and company procedures at all times
  • Ensure all quotations and orders are handled in accordance with compliance requirements and highlight any red flags to supervision
  • Carry out other duties as and when business requirements dictate as may be reasonably expected by line manager
  • Ensure all company policies surrounding health & safety, quality requirements and housekeeping are met

  • Previous experience in a similar position is desirable
  • Be computer literate with a high level of knowledge in Microsoft Office functions
  • Knowledge of ERP/MRP systems is desirable
