Our client is a growing technology company based in Newcastle, UK.

They are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic individual to join their team as an Entry Level Customer Support Assistant.

In this role, you will be responsible for providing outstanding customer service and support to our clients.


Responsibilities:


  • Responding to customer inquiries and providing timely and accurate resolutions
  • Handling customer complaints and concerns with empathy and professionalism
  • Coordinating with other teams within the company to resolve customer issues
  • Maintaining accurate customer records and documentation
  • Identifying areas for improvement in the customer support process and providing feedback to management

Requirements:


  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Strong problemsolving skills
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Empathy and the ability to relate to customers
  • Basic knowledge of computer systems and software
  • Previous customer service experience is a plus, but not required
  • Must be able to work in Newcastle, UK and be legally authorized to work in the UK

Salary:
£11.00-£12.00 per hour
