**The Role - Quantity Surveyor
We are undertaking a project of acquiring and refurbishing street properties for social rent.

We are looking for an experienced Quantity Surveyor to join our project team, who has proven project management team and can lead refurbishment team.

Duties/Key Responsibilities

Management of all commercial aspects of the refurbishment project, from void specification to void signoff.
Procurement of Subcontractors packages and preparation of Subcontract agreements.
Agreement of valuations.
Agreements of variations.
Contractor Management.
Be responsible for cost control and production of monthly financial reports and commercial reporting
Be responsible for the daytoday administration of the commercial and construction function of the Project
Experience of working to tight timeframes, prioritising and managing both their own and the team's time accordingly.
Establish and maintain strong relationships with and effectively interfaced at peer level with clients and contractors.

Skills

Prior surveying experience
You are either qualified or working towards your HND/HNC/similar in Quantity Surveying
You have previous workplace experience in a commercially focused environment
