Exciting Opportunity for Graphic Designer
Are you a creative storyteller with a talent for creating amazing design projects?

Are you looking for your next Graphic Designer role where you will have the scope to hone your existing design skills and spread your creative wings?


If so, The Progress Group have a fantastic opportunity to join our well-established in-house Marketing Team on a permanent basis, working directly with our Creative Lead.

The Role:

This role will be varied and exciting.

With the company's long-term growth plans underway, you will be an integral part of our visual communications strategy moving forwards, working on the many design requests across each of our 7 brands with our Group.

You will work on high-quality print, digital and video design projects, for both B2B and B2C audiences.


No two days will be the same, so expect a role where you will be actively encouraged to think outside of the box and to manage your time and resources effectively in order to get the job done.

You will have the freedom to flex your creative muscles, helping to strengthen our brands visual presence.

We're looking for someone with bags of enthusiasm and a hunger to roll up your sleeves and get stuck in.


Key Skills and Requirements:


  • A solid working knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite, including Photoshop, Illustrator and InDesign
  • Essential
  • Excellent layout and typographic skills
  • Essential
  • Experience of using Adobe Premiere and After Effects Preferred
  • A portfolio demonstrating design solutions across a multitude of platforms including web, mobile, print, display etc. Essential
  • Minimum 2 years industry experience Essential
  • Good working knowledge of print processes and production
  • Desirable
  • The ability to meet deadlines in a fastpaced environment Essential
  • Strong communication skills Essential
  • Excellent organisational skills and an ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously Essential.
