Call Handler - Bristol, United Kingdom - Reed Business Support
Description
My client based in Southmead (BS10) is recruiting for a Call Handler to join their team.
You will be based in a busy yet friendly office, as part of secondary mental health service in North Bristol.
The role is office based and hours are full time, Monday-Friday 9am-5pm.
The payrate is £10.28p/h, increasing to £11.49p/h after 12 weeks.
As an integral part of the team, you provide the first point of contact to service users and other professionals answering incoming calls to the team and where possible answering their query, taking and passing on messages or transferring them to a skilledcolleague who will be able to provide further support.
