Salary:
£30,000 - £34,000

Scania GB are looking for a strong communicator to fill the exciting position of Customer Support Coordinator.

This position will play a central role in the day-to-day control of commercial goodwill spend across the Scania Dealer Network.

This is a new role that requires an enthusiastic approach to data analysis and process improvement but at the same time great communication skills and a desire to interact with our customers.

Within this position you will put together, mediate, and resolve any customer concerns.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Efficient and consistent control of commercial goodwill spend up to a predetermined financial limit.
  • Complaint case handling all aspects of daytoday case management. You will receive, acknowledge, record, progress and track through to completion all complaints and enquiries received centrally.
  • Implementation and development of management reports to highlight results, analyse trends and identify and implement continuous improvement steps
  • Collaborate with the contracts and warranty departments
  • General administration dependant of the business requirements
  • Diagnostic equipment ordering and stock management. Process incoming orders, equipment logging and allocation, periodic stock review and liaison with factory departments and parts technical team
  • Invoicing of recharged costs to the Dealer Network including but not limited to Scania Assistance cases, SOPS files, workshop equipment and Technical Subscriptions.
  • Handling of invoices
