Job Introduction
This role has a starting salary of £24,977 per annum, based on a 36-hour working week. We are excited to be hiring a new Administration Assistant to join our fantastic Mole Valley Team.

The team is based in Dorking and 3 highlights of working in the team include:

This is an 18-month fixed term contract/secondment opportunity.

About the Team
The Mole Valley Locality Team sits within Mid Surrey. We work closely with Epsom and Elmbridge and work hard to support our residents.


About the Role
As an
Administration Assistant, you will provide comprehensive administrative support to a front-line operational team.

You will have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, as you will be expected to deal with complex telephone enquiries and a wide range of correspondence and scanning duties.

Additionally, you will be asked to take notes, and minutes of meetings and be entering data on both the mainframe database and Excel spreadsheets.


Shortlisting Criteria

  • Excellent administrative and organisation skills.
  • Passion for customer service and your desire to support both the team and wider Surrey residents.
  • Sound knowledge of IT packages such as Excel, Word, and databases and quick and accurate data entry skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Notetaking and minutetaking skills.
