Working as the Head of People & Culture you will be responsible for managing the HR team and ensuring that the HR function and HR services is delivered in an effective and efficient manner.

Working closely with the
CEO and SLT to develop a high performing culture in which performance can be managed and supported effectively
Overseeing the day to day running of the HR functions including recruitment, succession planning, L&D and ER cases
Working on EDI initiatives to recognise and celebrate a diverse workforce
Reviewing existing HR policies and procedures
Reviewing the HR team and job roles to create a strong team
