Trainee Land & New Homes Consultant - St Albans AL4
Our client is looking for an additional team member for their expanding Land & new homes team.

They are looking for a trainee consultant who is eager to gain experience and grow their career within Land & New Homes.

The Role:

Keeping a record and log of sites under our control.
Progressing sales.
Managing approaches to land owners and property professionals.
Writing and sending targeted letters.
Market research to assist with development appraisals.
Supporting the Land Manager with creating good and lasting relationships with landowners, developers, local authorities, and consultants.

About you:

Can sell and identify business opportunities.
Build and maintain working relationships with existing and new clients.
Manage time effectively and able to work to deadlines.
Good analytical skills and attention to detail
High standards of service
Be able to stay calm and positive under pressure.
Be able to work as part of a team.
Excellent communication skills both written and verbal.
Target driven
Drive and have your own vehicle

Salary
£20,000 - £22,000 OTE £35,000
Hours
Monday - Friday 9am - 6pm and some Saturdays required
