We're on the hunt for a Youth Support Worker to join our team at

LARA Search. As a Youth Support Worker, you'll be working with a team of awesome professionals to provide support and guidance to young people with special education needs. About the role:

Youth Support Worker to support students with complex needs between the ages of 16 and 25 years old.
Create a safe, engaging, and enjoyable learning experience.
Develop positive interactions to build confidence and selfesteem.
To work collaboratively with colleagues to ensure the progress of students is prioritized.

Requirements:

Available to work 08:4 16:30, Monday to Thursday.
Recent experience supporting children or adults with additional needs.
Able to carry out personal care as part of the role.
Available immediately to work as a Youth Support Worker.
