Finance Assistant

  • Starting from £28,652 per annum (Depending on experience)


  • Contract Type

  • Full Time, Temporary (6 Months), Temporary to Permanent

Duties and Responsibilities:

Working within an existing Finance and Accounts team, using SAGE Intact, the main responsibilities of this role will be:

  • Assisting with the preparation of monthly Management Information Packs for the leadership team.
  • Posting of bank transactions and preparation of bank reconciliations.
  • Maintenance of the fixed asset register and posting of depreciation.
  • Posting of accruals and prepayments.
  • Balance sheet reconciliations.
  • Working with external auditors during the annual audit to provide all information required in a timely and accurate manner as well as assisting in finalising statutory accounts.
  • Assisting on projects as and when required
