Sure recruitment NI are working with a company based in Belfast.


We are seeking to recruit a Pipe Fitter To install pipes, mechanical components, fittings and equipment to the requirements of quality, safety and at the completion rate as directed by the foreman.


Essential:


  • Time served apprenticeship
  • Be competent in use of hand tools to cut, bend, burn, level, clean, prepare and form various pipework including carbon steel, stainless steel, cunifer and cast iron
  • Be able to measure up, read drawings and plan pipe routes from pipe sizes 15mm to 700 mm diameter
  • Comfortable working at heights and confined spaces
  • Driving License and Certs for Forklift, Scissor lift, cherry lift etc
  • Basic welding skills for tacking up etc

Desirable:


  • Marine industry experience
