Description
This role requires a wide variety of strengths and capabilities, including:- BS/BA degree or equivalent experience
- Working knowledge in one or more general purpose programming languages, plus an interest in learning other coding languages and skills as needed
- Working knowledge of development toolset to design, develop, test, deploy, maintain and improve software
- Ability to work collaboratively in teams and develop meaningful relationships to achieve common goals
- Work closely with business and service delivery team to ensure appropriate business measures are defined
- Evaluate service level issues and suggested enhancements escalated by Service Delivery Team to diagnose and address underlying system problems and inefficiencies
- 24/7 Customer Support and Service Delivery Model
Skills/Abilities:
- Excellent problemsolving and organizational skills
- Ability to multitask and deal with conflicting priorities
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Ability to grasp common business concepts and translate them into software requirements
- Detailed oriented with ability communicate and resolve issues as all levels of the organization
- Adept in basic software design and development methods.
- Logical thinker with strong problem solving in a crossfunctional environment.
- Effective team player and ability to work independently
- Managing coordination at a local and international level where required
- Delivering regular and customized training to teams within the business
- Preparing maintenance plans and upgrading schedules for the organization's systems
- Developing reports for teams across the business
- Managing ticketed query system and ensuring comprehensive database of queries and resolutions is kept up to date
