What you'll do
Deliver world-class communications to Vodafone customers driving engagement.
Develop and champion a lifecycle marketing approach ensuring all communications are relevant and build a broad and deep relationship with our customers.
Support the Lifecycle Marketing Managers with delivering a range of network and service communications.- Ensure all activity reflects our brand strategy and tone of voice and that all communications are legally compliant and drive a positive response
- Track and report on the impact of communications making clear recommendations on how we can further increase customer engagement.
- Develop campaigns with a clear lifecyle management approach. Identify appropriate campaign execution touchpoints and triggers. Manage the scheduling and rules that determine message deployment and take direct ownership for message performance.
- Ensure Customer Experience is at the heart of all activity generated. Develop, challenge and review communications with a clear consideration for how they impact customer's perception and brand experience.
Who you are
- Communications experience with knowledge of campaign briefing, design and testing.
- Strong copywriting skills for digital communications, with ability to adapt to a range of scenarios and audiences
- Highly customer focused with ability to pull together complex customer journeys to ensure the best experience is delivered.
- Basic working knowledge of HTML preferred
- Confident stakeholder management skills with a natural ability to influence across all levels of the organisation
- Able to operate within a fastpaced, highly competitive and demanding commercial environment. Strong project management skills are required in order to manage multiple requirements across challenging timelines.
