We are looking for a customer focused Student Finance Assistant who will offer information, advice and support primarily to students/carers about the financial awards available in college.

You will interpret and implement College and Government financial regulations and guidance to deliver the support required.

You will work accurately and efficiently on financial administration tasks together with providing an administration service for the Student Finance team.

A Level 3 qualification in Customer Service or Business Administration is essential as is Level 2 Maths and English.

Experience of offering information and advice to a wide range of customers including staff, students and members of the public is also essential.
