Description
This role is open at Wythenshawe Hospital.


The post holder will have responsibility for ensuring patients are seen/treated in a timely manner and in accordance with waiting list principles and relevant target dates as detailed in the Trust Access Policy.


Using the electronic patient record system known as HIVE, part of the role will be to review the patient task list and proactively manage patient pathways in line with national targets.


The post holder may be expected to contribute to the provision and smooth running of a front of house / reception service, ensuring customer service needs are met in full.

This may involve staff supervision.
