Head of Product

Full-time:up to £50k
per annum (including car allowance) plus bonus

Home based role with regular travel to sites nationally

We are looking for:

A highly experienced senior leader who can create and sustainably deliver a product strategy that fits with our brand ethos, expands our customer base, and achieves realistic commercial targets.

About YOU

You will come with a minimum of 3 years experience in a similar role in a fast paced, commercially people focussed business.

You will have proven experience of sourcing and creating beautiful products, procuring within the hospitality sector, contract tenders, senior account management and ensuring marketing campaigns punch hard with beautiful food and drink that you have created.

You will be recognised as a specialist in the industry due to your in-depth knowledge including current food safety legislation.

As a skilled communicator you will be adept with negotiating at senior management level, able to lead a team to successfully deliver your strategy and positively engage and influence others throughout the business.

Your drive to meet deadlines will mean you can successfully manage multiple stakeholders with ease.

You will naturally be self-confident, and with the energy, enthusiasm and intelligence to work in (and sometimes without) a framework of established processes and procedures.
